24-hour and CrossFit gyms
Fall alerts and door checks for the hours nobody is at the desk.
GymCams turns the cameras a gym already has into a walk-in front desk and a safety net: members who opt in are checked in as they walk through the door, anyone not recognized is flagged to staff, and spills, falls and after-hours activity raise an alert.
Real rooms, simulated detections. On the floor people are anonymous shapes; only the entrance camera checks members in. Select a camera or an event.
Check-ins, capacity limits, hazard response, cleaning rounds and incident records: the things inspectors and insurers ask for. GymCams keeps them by itself, from the cameras already on the walls, and tells the right person when something needs doing.
Water by the fountain, a dropped plate in a walkway, a member down after a set. Staff get the alert with the spot on camera, in seconds.
Members who opt in are recognized from their membership photo as they walk through the door: no card, no app, no line. Anyone not recognized is flagged to the desk, so guests sign the waiver and pay.
Live counts per room, kept under capacity. Members see when it's quiet; you see your real peak hours and which rooms sit empty.
The same system covers any room where people work out, especially the ones without staff in them.
Fall alerts and door checks for the hours nobody is at the desk.
Automatic class counts and room capacity, without anyone clicking a counter.
Wet-deck alerts, and someone in the water after closing.
Weight rooms and mat rooms used outside supervised hours.
Fitness rooms with no staff at all, where a fall can go unnoticed for hours.
One dashboard across every club, with alerts routed to each site's staff.
Staff don't watch screens. They get a short alert with a still from the camera and two buttons. When they mark it handled, the response time is logged.
Members come to train, not to be watched. GymCams only answers operational questions: who checked in, is there a hazard, how many people are here. Face data stays on the gym's own box, is deleted when a membership ends, and follows the biometric consent laws where the gym operates.
We're installing the first systems with a small group of gyms, studios and hotels. Tell us about your rooms and your cameras.
